We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary
depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after the order is successfully placed and required verification is completed.
Customers may be contacted to confirm COD orders.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers should provide a complete and accurate
shipping address and contact number.
Failed or Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses a COD parcel, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable for delivery, additional
shipping or re-delivery charges may apply where permitted.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns caused by customer preference, change of mind, or wrong size, the customer is
responsible for return shipping. If an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us, we will
cover the applicable return shipping cost.
