Exchange & Shipping Policy

Exchange Policy
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded after verification (notify us within 48 hours).
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping Policy
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure payment orders are verified before dispatch.
